How much time do you spend dealing with crisis’ compared to how much time you spend being thankful and grateful for all you have?

Most of us will answer, probably more time in the crisis sector… (Life can get like that, there’s always something to do or deal with, right?!)…. However when we are in that state, our bodies/nervous system are predominately in sympathetic mode (fight, fright, flight) …. When we are in a state of gratitude, our body’s defence system stands down, we breathe more deeply, we can digest our food and we sleep more easily…. I challenge you today to build more gratitude into your daily routine… Your health with thank you for it
